Patty Caked cakes was started by Kim Hobbs in 2010 as a pet project. Kim had become fascinated with Ace of Cakes as well as the other amazing cake building shows that were currently popular. Kim began just experimenting with creating cakes and quickly fell in love with everything that you can make. We believe that a cake is the showcase of any event so why not have it be unique and outside the box! We love to create a memorable experience for people in their special events.
